Contract Type: Permanent - Fulltime

Shift Pattern/ Time: 4 on 4 off, 17:00 - 06:00

Rate: £13.56

Location: Greencore Bow, Twelvetrees Crescent, London E3 3JG

What you will be doing -

  • Assist Production Managers with all administrative tasks related to shift operations.
  • Provide temporary cover in various areas of High Care, as directed by the Production Managers.
  • Communicate key production matters, including staffing levels and general workforce concerns.
  • Offer administrative support for investigations, disciplinary actions, and interview processes as needed.
  • Support change initiatives and improvement projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Manage holiday bookings, including approvals and communication with HR.
  • Address employee payment issues, escalating to HR when necessary.

 

What we are looking for -

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in supporting production or operations teams.
  • Ability to multitask and handle shifting priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with change management and improvement projects is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office).
