What you’ll be doing

As Administrator for the Health & Safety team, you will provide a range of administration support and data processing services to maximise the efficiencies of site HSE processes.

  • Compile information from several sources to provide information for HSE team.
  • Input and reconcile information in standard system/formats to enable data capture and the production of management information
  • Create reports and information in predetermined formats to inform functional decision making
  • Maintain records, trackers and data to ensure accuracy
  • Arrange, coordinate and schedule meetings and rooms to ensure teams work effectively together
  • Provide assistance with planning and arranging events, including organising catering where appropriate
  • Maintaining stock levels and placing orders for office supplies as required
  • Prepare communication materials for groups or individuals to ensure that processes and changes have been accurately documented for future use and reference
