FIXED TERM CONTRACT - MATERNITY COVER

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Co-ordinate diaries, schedule appointments and manages the schedule for regular meetings for executive team members so that their time is managed for maximum effectiveness
  • Book travel and accommodation in accordance with diary requirements
  • Organisation of events and visits in line with brief/executive requirements to promote the professional image of Greencore
  • Lead projects as instructed, which implement change and improvement in working practice within the location
  • Complete and compile routine reports and complete administrative duties to minimise the activities completed by the executive team members

 

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience of operating as a secretary for a team or in a situation where competing demands needed to be managed
  • Ability to communicate effectively at senior levels in a large corporate environment
  • Previous experience of basic budget and contract management
  • Ideally a PA qualification (NVQ level 2)
  • Experience working with computers ideally with advanced skills in PowerPoint and the other MS Office applications
  • Experience developing knowledge of the internal workings of an organisation
