Our colleague Catalyst Members work with us to plan and deliver an annual calendar of Inclusion initiatives, celebrating and recognising the events that matter to our colleagues.
Saturday 4 May was National Mayonnaise Day, and as a large manufacturer of mayonnaise, our salads site in Spalding hosted a themed event. This included a ‘make your own mayonnaise’ station, a sensory tasting station, mayonnaise themed goodies served in the canteen for lunch, along with a crossword, mayonnaise related recipes and quiz with a mayonnaise related hamper as the prize.

Last week, our team at Manton Wood were happy to welcome 22 food students from Penistone Grammar School.
The visit was arranged to help build their understanding of food manufacturing, how the industry works and to talk about the wide variety of roles available within our industry.
Finally, the students had the opportunity to design their own product in our product development kitchen. Colleagues from various functions supported this visit and it was a pleasure for us to share our knowledge with the students.
