We're looking for a Technical Data Analyst to join us on a 12 Month FTC at Spalding!

 

 

What you'll be doing

 

As Technical Data Analyst, (Technical Administrator) you will support the delivery of the site technical KPI targets and to deliver the required information and reports in relation to them.

 

Day to day administration of the site systems to comply with site procedures. Systems include:

  • Corrective and preventative action systems to ensure corrective actions are completed to agreed timescales.
  • Document control system to record changes, check for grammatical / spelling errors and ensure appropriate authorisation of amendments prior to making changes.
  • Internal audit schedules to ensure that deadlines are met, records are securely filed, and non-conformances are logged. 
  • External calibration trackers to ensure that equipment is calibrated to schedule and records are maintained.
  • Internal databases such as auto-coding, as required by technical management.
  • Administration of site procedures to capture, analyse and report data related to customer feedback e.g. complaints, reviews etc. Ensure that complaints are logged, risk assessed, investigated and communicated in line with site procedures. Create customer responses to summarise site investigation findings.
  • Support with the administration of raw materials procedures such as supplier non-conformances, specification trackers and data entry as required.
  • Support the process development team as required to check data accuracy on product packaging and paperwork.
