What you'll be doing

As an HRSS Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting team training, maintaining eligibility-to-work compliance, and driving HR-related projects for continuous improvement. In this role, you will handle both operational and advisory responsibilities within the HR Shared Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-tier guidance on HR policies and practices to support HR teams, colleagues, and line managers.
  • Ensure all HRSS training materials and standard operating procedures are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage and execute projects as directed by the HR Shared Services Manager.
  • Prepare and manage employee documentation, ensuring all materials are correctly completed and issued.
  • Administer and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and meet business and audit requirements.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in an HR Shared Services function, including familiarity with HR systems.
  • Ideally qualified to A-level standard or equivalent. A relevant degree is desirable.
  • Strong administrative background with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make fair, policy-aligned decisions with accuracy and confidence.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Competency in using computer programs and Microsoft tools, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
