Our vast direct-to-store (DTS) distribution network, comprising of 17 depots nationwide, enables us to make over 10,400 daily deliveries of our own chilled and frozen produce and that of third parties.

What You’ll be Doing:

The Pick Accuracy Team Leader will be responsible for leading a Pick Accuracy team that ensure the accuracy and quality of the order picking process at Greencore, playing an important role in maintaining our high standards of stock management and customer satisfaction.

Your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:

*         Planning and allocating tasks to the Pick Accuracy Team.

*         Monitoring and ensuring the completion of required pick checks, adjusting plans according to pick volume and demands.

*         Flagging and resolving discrepancies in orders and stock counting.

*         Overseeing the documentation and reporting of pick accuracy checks, ensuring thoroughness and organisation.

*         Driving initiatives to improve stock management.

*         Identifying trends and recurring issues, working to improve the picking process.

*         Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

*         Confidence in leading a team.

*         Strong attention to detail.

*         Good organisational skills.

*         Effective communication abilities.

*         Proficient in using various warehouse management systems.

*         Basic data entry skills.

*         Considered advantageous to be confident using excel.

 Role Details: 

• Shift Times: 8am to 4pm 
• Pay Rate: £15 per hour 
• Overtime: Premiums are payable after 42 hours at time and a quarter 
• Shift Pattern: 5 from 7 

Requirements:

• Must have a full UK driving license
• Must be happy travelling to Tamworth, Manton 110 and Hatfield to see all site teams
