What you'll be doing

As HR Shared Services Team Leader, you will supervise and develop a team of HR Shared Services Coordinators to create a centre of excellence which delivers accurate and efficient HR services to onsite HR teams, line managers and colleagues across the business.

You will:

*       Lead a team focusing on transactional and advisory support via the HR helpdesk and relevant electronic routes preparing all relevant colleague documentation to ensure that all paperwork and systems are completed, maintained, and issued correctly

*       Regularly quality check HR helpdesk call handling to ensure high standards of customer services are met and maintained, identifying areas of improvements

*       Responsibility for the administration of the HR information system and associated systems to ensure the accuracy of information

*       Manage and support HRSS team members in their day-to-day transactions and ensure that the workload is spread in the most efficient manner across the team, achieving or exceeding service level agreements

What we’re looking for

*       CIPD membership and qualification or time served in Human Resources, ideally with experience as a HR generalist or HRSS roles

*       Experience of transactional HR activities

*       Experience of working within a customer service focused team environment

*       Proactive, organised and able to work flexible in order to meet deadlines and have the drive to deliver results
