Job description

Role Purpose:

 

To lead change activities associated with key transformational programmes across the organisation

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design, implement and operate a structured framework and methodology for the delivery of change throughout the organisation focussing on the delivery of key programmes of work
  • Asses, understand and develop the change capability across the organisation to deliver future programmes of work by developing a skilled team of change agents across a cross functional network of people
  • Provide input as a key member of the leadership team to determine and prioritise the scope and timing of programme delivery, as an enabler for the successful implementation and adoption of change
  • Set the direction of a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns project deliverables to goals and objectives to deliver effective change for the Making Business Easy programme of work. This strategy should outline the approach, methodologies, and activities to be undertaken during the change process
  • Identify the change, training and communication resources needed to support the agreed scope of the programme, to ensure effective delivery of the structured change framework
  • Provide insight to business leaders as to the effects of change strategy and performance to the wider business performance. Ongoing review of change performance

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven track record of managing widespread change across a variety of customers 
  • Experience and Knowledge of change management process and methodologies 
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process 
  • Ability and experience of managing projects 
  • Proactive, organised and able to work flexibly in order to meet deadlines and have the drive to deliver results 
  • Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships 
  • Intermediate Microsoft applications. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
