7.1 You agree to compensate the Greencore Parties from any claim or demand, including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to, or arising out of or related to any of Your Content or information that you upload, post or share through the Website, your violation of these Terms and Conditions , or your violation of any law, regulation or third-party right, in particular, but not limited to, copyright infringement.

 

8.   Acceptable Use

(b) in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

13. Registration Process

13.1 Before you can access Registered Users’ Areas you must read through these Terms and Conditions. To register you need to provide a verifiable email address, complete the required fields on the registration form and read and accept these Terms and Conditions. Once you have done this, we will send you a confirmation email with your registration information.

You agree that by uploading, posting or sharing Your Content, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use Your Content in connection with the Website and your application for any role(s) at Greencore, and subject to your permission for any other uses as we may require in any and all media. This includes, without limitation, the right to sub-license to third parties via any and all media (whether existing now or in the future). You grant us all necessary rights, licenses, consents and clearances to allow us to use Your Content in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and agree not to assert any moral or similar rights you may have in any Content.

15.2 Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload Your Content to our Website, or to make contact with anyone using the Website, you must comply with the Content Standards. The Content Standards apply to Your Content as a whole and to each and any part of it. If you do not comply with the Content Standards we reserve the right to suspend or cease your registration without notice.

16.3 Before posting or uploading Your Content you are responsible for obtaining all releases, consents and/or licenses necessary for uploading Your Content on our Website and for any subsequent use of that content by us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

16.4 You confirm that either: (i) you are the person depicted in any images or recordings submitted as part of Your Content; or (ii) if you upload any images or recordings of any third party, you have obtained the prior written consent of that party to submit such content to our Website.

16.5 Your Content must not:

(a) contain any material which constitutes or encourages conduct that could be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law;

(b) contain any material which is defamatory;

(c) contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

(d) promote sexually explicit material;

(e) promote violence or be threatening, abuse or invade another's privacy;

(f) promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;
